Who It's For

Built for a specific kind of practitioner.

You're not just clocking sessions — you hold yourself to a clinical standard, and you're frustrated nothing in your professional life reflects the level of care you actually deliver.

🩹

You see yourself as a clinician

Not a service provider. You hold yourself to a clinical standard and want your session records to reflect that.

You hate charting — but you get why it matters

You're not avoiding it out of laziness. You care about doing it right, which makes doing it badly feel even worse. You just need a tool that makes doing it right actually possible.

What Sanora is and isn't +
🎉
Leave when your last client leaves — not hours after
🛡
A record you'd actually feel confident standing behind
"I couldn't imagine working without it."
— Performance therapist, USA

Your team tracks everything. Except this.

GPS load. Heart rate. Force plate data. Sleep scores. Sport organizations measure everything that happens on the field — but the moment an athlete steps into the treatment room, the data stops. Who treated them, for how long, on what areas, and how often? Most organizations have no idea. And that gap has real consequences.

Learn to document properly from day one.

Most student practitioners learn documentation as an afterthought — scribbled notes after clinic hours, cobbled together from memory. Sanora gives students a real clinical tool to build the right habits early, with reviewable metrics and session analytics that turn every placement into a learning opportunity.

"I usually charge $250/hr, so if I were seeing more patients, I'd easily pay $100+ for every charting hour saved — if it meant the time saved let me see additional patients."

FAQ

Questions practitioners ask.

Will this hold up if a session is ever questioned?+
Sanora produces a complete, objective record of every session — what area was treated, which techniques were used, how long was spent, and exactly when each entry was made. Because it's captured in real time rather than written from memory afterwards, it's a stronger record than a handwritten note, not a weaker one.
Is my clients' data secure?+
Yes. Sanora is HIPAA compliant. All client data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access-controlled to your account, and stored to healthcare-grade standards. Your clients' records are protected from the moment they're created.
Will Sanora conflict with Jane, WebPT, Cliniko, Mindbody, ClinicSense, or my current software?+
Sanora lives in the session itself — it doesn't touch scheduling, billing, or anything else your current software handles. Think of it as the in-session layer your existing tools were never designed to cover. Zero migration, zero disruption.
How customizable is it, really?+
Very. Before you start using Sanora, you configure your session screen to match how you actually work — your specific sub-areas within each body region, and the modalities and techniques you use. Once set up, the interface only shows what's relevant to your practice.
What happens to the beta price when you launch publicly?+
Beta members lock in their rate permanently. When Sanora launches publicly, pricing will increase — but anyone who joins during beta keeps $150/month for life, regardless of what the public price becomes.
What if I need to add notes or attach files to a session?+
Notes and file uploads are built directly into every session record. You can add free-text clinical observations, client feedback, or follow-up reminders — and attach intake forms, referral letters, imaging, or consent documents — all linked to the right session and client.
